He asked me to forward him a picture of our shower pump and straight-away returned with a price and said that if he could get delivery of the pump quickly, he could fit it the next afternoon (Tuesday 23rd July). He arrived when he said and within an hour or so completed the work, showing us the new pump and a working shower.
